- ExtramaterialThe Discs feature: - New commentary on Lady in the Fog with Film Noir UK co-director James Harrison and film/TV historian and podcaster Sergio Angelini. - New commentary on Scotland Yard Inspector with award-winning mystery writer Max Allan Collins and Cereal at Midnight podcaster Heath Holland. - What, Where and How Much?: Did Hammer produce better “B” movie Noir than the American “Poverty Row” initiators of the genre? Heath Holland, cult film expert Toby Roan, writer, filmmaker and film programmer Heidi Honeycutt and Barry Forshaw, author of Brit Noir and The Rough Guide to Crime Fiction, argue the case. - A Story of the London Fog: Christine L. Corton, writer of the award-winning and critically acclaimed London Fog – the Biography, explains the origins, effect and cultural permanence of the thick, yellow urban “pea-soupers” that used to plague London – a key plot element in Lady in the Fog but which have not existed in real life since the early 1960s. - Prolific! The Sam Newfield Story: Sam Newfield was a journeyman director who just happens to be the most prolific film-maker in sound film history, with over 250 features to his credit. - Toby Roan writes and narrates this video essay that looks at Newfield and his films, which he would make at a rate that would sometimes exceed more than twenty a year. - Censor card, mute trailer and image gallery. The booklet features: - Article on the making of lady in the Fog by author and Hammer expert Wayne Kinsey. - New article by Andrew Pixley on the original radio adventures of Philip Odell. - New article by Sarah Morgan, who examines the life and career of cultural icon Cesar Romero. - New article by Jo Botting, who profiles Renée Glynne, a mainstay of British film for seven decades. - Article by Wayne Kinsey, who interviews Renée Glynne about her work at Hammer. - New article by Mike Peros, who investigates Cesar Romero’s excursions into the cinematic underworld. - New article by Gavin Collinson, who sleuths out Katie Johnson’s seldom-examined life and career. - New article by Priscilla Page, who examines Lady in the Fog’s synthesis of both British and American styles.

Co-starring a pre-Moneypenny Lois Maxwell and featuring a scene-stealing cameo from The Ladykillers' Katie Johnson, Lady in the Fog has been painstakingly restored by Hammer in 4K from the original film negatives.
In celebration of the film's 75th anniversary, it makes its debut on UHD and Blu-ray for the first time anywhere in the world.
An English woman asks an American detective visiting London to help find her brother's killer.
