The two Mexican ranching families Campos and Mountos are bound by a long tradition of hatred and bloody conflicts. Even when a son and daughter from opposing houses fall in love with each other, the feud is not settled but fanned even further - with devastating consequences.. "Embers of the Sun" is a rarely seen but all the better Italo-Western, which has been realized very routinely and tells its story with due seriousness. Glow of the Sun" is also interesting because it is the only Italian western in which Spanish horror star Paul Naschy has played a part. Conclusion: A crisp and entertaining excursion into the Wild West.
