Ben "Hardball" Cutter, an experienced mercenary, is hired for one last mission against arms smugglers. Together with Vince Dean, the son of Cutter's deceased friend, he successfully carries out the mission. He discovers that they have been betrayed and that his clients are members of a terrorist group who want the weapons for themselves. Angered, Cutter destroys the weapons depot. The terrorists, under the command of McBride, want revenge and open the hunt for Cutter and his family.
