Shortly before the end of the war, SS doctor Manteuffel flees to South America to continue his experiments on creating an Aryan master race. Twenty years later, the adventurer Hamilton, a scientist, and the scientist’s daughter discover the Nazi criminal’s lost city in the jungle. The professor is killed by indigenous people, Anna is taken captive, and Hamilton manages to escape. As he organizes a rescue expedition for the girl, he receives help from a German industrialist and his mistress. He does not know that both of them—independently of one another—have old scores to settle with Manteuffel.
