The scientist Dr. Hartmann has developed a device with which he can transport things to another dimension. During an earthquake, the power fails and Hartmann, the reporter Carrie and the electrician Dan are sucked into the device and hurled into another dimension, onto another planet. The tyrannical ruler Kleel rules here and kidnaps the beautiful Carrie. While Dr. Hartmann joins the evil despot, Dan joins the rebels and does everything he can to free Carrie.
