The small town of Larsen City had been plagued by murders and disappearances at the hands of a masked killer. In 1997, it stopped … but the community never truly healed. Moving on 17 years Carly (Jessica Staples) is transporting her boyfriend Gabriel Gaspari (Colin Cunningham) a federal fugitive in the trunk of her car. As soon as the coast is clear, she gets him into the Larsen City motel room she’s rented. Here Gabriel, having botched a robbery, takes refuge in an old motel to avoid the U.S. Marshals who are hot on his trail. However, after hearing disturbing noises coming from an adjoining room, he and his girlfriend inadvertently become the targets of the brutal and notorious ‘Pale Face’ killer, whose reputation has gripped the local community in fear for decades.
