Romulus and Remus were abandoned in the Tiber River shortly after birth, nurtured by a she-wolf and raised by a shepherd. In revenge, they lead a bloody campaign against the ruling regime of King Amulius, at the end of which will be the founding of one of the most important cities of antiquity.
Sandal film by Sergio Corbucci, who films the myth of the founding of Rome in opulent settings with screenplay collaboration by Sergio Leone, before both devoted their energy to the Italo-Western and made history themselves with films such as "Django" and "For a Fistful of Dollars". Muscle-bound Steve Reeves and Gordon Scott, of "Tarzan" fame, meet in the title roles.
