A totally wacky couple finds a lost dog that promises a rich finder's reward. But instead of the huge reward, the two only come across a jewelry bracelet with a dead body on it. Horrified, Julian and Phoebe flee and forget their suitcase. It turns up with a new owner, who has no idea that he now has a corpse in his luggage. But what to do when the famous Inspector Bonnard has already picked up the scent? The trail leads to the casino. And there all hell breaks loose. In the midst of gamblers, there are lots of suspects, all of whom are in desperate need of one thing: Money for roulette. And you can only get it if you get on the dog.
