Denna insikt leder hos vissa till djup melankoli, medan andra riktar sin frustration utåt i våldsamma attacker. Till sist går ingen säker...
"Night of the Hunted" är en udda pärla bland Jean Rollins digra produktion - en Cronenberg-influerad historia om minnesförlust och psykologisk tortyr. Flera av skådespelarna hämtades från erotikproduktioner, men denna gång fick de tillfälle att visa upp ett bredare register. Rollin anspelar på både förintelsen och det allestädes närvarande kärnkraftshotet i denna dystopiska framtidsvision som isar ända in i benmärgen...
