When a Hollywood studio exec reads her book, he insists on getting the rights to make the movie of "The Happy Hooker." Xaviera comes to Tinseltown to talk it over, and is literally seduced by one of the producers into saying yes. But when she learns of his ulterior motive, Xaviera decides to make the movie herself. With a little help from the studio exec's grandson and with financing coming from her girls she flexes her independent spirit and puts sex in the spotlight.
