In 1987 SKID ROW was born in a garage somewhere in New Jersey… In 1988 their debut album sold over 5 million copies in the USA and they toured the world. In 1991 the band’s sophomore effort “Slave to the Grind” becomes the first ever Heavy Metal/Hard Rock album to enter the Billboard charts at # 1 and achieves worldwide multi-platinum status. In 1995 they releases the critically acclaimed “Subhuman Race” CD. In 2000 they landed the coveted opening slot on the Kiss tour and set about recording their new album “Thickskin” with new vocalist Johnny Solinger and new drummer Phil Varone.
